Zambia Update

Joseph Keith

Bwanji!

Today we started off by having a split devotional led by Geno and Alex. We then visited the mall and exchanged our American dollars for Zambian kwacha followed by a visit to the shopping mall where the kids were excited to try the different types of chocolate that could be found.

At lunch, a brave few of us became true Zambians by eating a fish head! Brenda even ate the eyes! Most of the kids are hoping to have fish again so they can try the fish eyes for themselves.

We battled the jet lag by taking an afternoon nap. These first few days can be rough, but everyone is doing well.

We just want to say, "zikomo" which is Zambian for thank you. Thank you for your support of your children in preparing for this mission and thank you for your prayers!
